Before You Apply

All vendors must have the following ready before their first market day:

  • $1M General Liability Insurance with Lusk RE One LLC listed as additional insured
  • Market address must be listed on insurance: 5030 Main Street, Chappell Hill, TX 77426
  • Valid business license
  • Food handler's permit (food vendors)
  • DSHS permit (if applicable)
  • TX Sales Tax permit
  • Food vendors must take all trash with them at the close of market day

You don't need all documents to apply, but they must be on file at least 7 days before your first market.
