$1M General Liability Insurance with Lusk RE One LLC listed as additional insured
Valid business license
Food handler's permit (food vendors)
DSHS permit (if applicable)
TX Sales Tax permit

You don't need all documents to apply, but they must be on file at least 7 days before your first market.
